My order details

As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you do not receive an email check your spam folder.

You can also create an account to track orders, review your order history, and expedite the check out process. All previous orders made with your email will be automatically associated with your account

Processing Details

Processing times (the amount of time from when your order is received to when it's shipped) vary from item to item. Each H of A design is hand-crafted with care, and our processing time reflects this. In most cases, you can expect orders to ship within 8-10 business days from purchase date.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. You can also log into your account and view status.  If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email, as we will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped

Shipping Details

Please select your preferred shipping option at checkout. If you need an order delivered before a specific date, please send us a message before placing the order, and we will try our best to get it to you by that date if possible. 

We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for orders, and are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an order is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.

Returns/Exchanges

In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of our customers, returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time.

All my work features quality nickel and lead-free findings. Our gold-filled and 925 sterling
silver precious metals are perfect for all skin types. Exceptionally
high-quality 14k gold-fill and 925 silver are made and standardized in the U.S.

All pieces are 100%
hypoallergenic and will last beautifully with gentle and proper care.

Our Gemstones

I work with AA/AAA freshwater pearls sourced from warm waters around the globe. Each pearl is unique in shape, size and lustre.

With uncompromising standards for quality, I create my designs with only the finest materials in the demi-fine jewelry market. Each pearl is different in its natural form making them truly individually yours.

Repair Policy

We value quality materials and detailed craftsmanship. Complimentary repairs will be honoured within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

After the 30-day mark, repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and subject to repair fees.

My nightmare! Don't worry we've got you covered. Contact me and I will draw up a custom order for 1/2 price and to create its missing mate!

Custom design?

We love creating designs, especially for brides! Please reach out if you have a specific design in mind and we can get to chatting!

Customs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to additional material and labour costs.
