My order details
As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you do not receive an email check your spam folder.
You can also create an account to track orders, review your order history, and expedite the check out process. All previous orders made with your email will be automatically associated with your account
Processing times (the amount of time from when your order is received to when it's shipped) vary from item to item. Each H of A design is hand-crafted with care, and our processing time reflects this. In most cases, you can expect orders to ship within 8-10 business days from purchase date.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. You can also log into your account and view status. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email, as we will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped
Please select your preferred shipping option at checkout. If you need an order delivered before a specific date, please send us a message before placing the order, and we will try our best to get it to you by that date if possible.
We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for orders, and are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an order is shipped.
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of our customers, returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time.
