Shipping policy

Because all of my designs are handmade the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies between designs and quantity. In most cases I will need roughly 5-8 business days to prepare your pearls for shipping (please note processing time can vary significantly seasonally or due to large influx of orders) 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order. I am not responsible for delays due to customs however I will try my best to help if a problem does arise with your order.

I do not accept order cancelations. Please contact me if there is a problem with your order and I will be happy to work with you.
